ABOUT US

Urban Future Planning Consultancy Ltd is based in Lancashire and operates across the UK, offering a range of architectural and planning services, including professional advice on whether your development would meet Local Authority requirements. We have a track record in obtaining planning consents for a range of residential, commercial and community-facility proposals and representing developers at appeal and in enforcement proceedings. 


The consultancy was set up by Nazia Shah BA MRTPI in 2019 and comprises three RTPI accredited Senior Town Planners. Nazia has over 10 years’ experience in local authority working for Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council and later within the private sector as the in-house Senior Planner for the UK’s largest petrol filling station and convenience store operators. Nazia and the team have a combined 30 years’ experience in dealing with a range of planning applications.
